Rarely seen, but always felt. Pulcamiri seems to be in a trance-like sleep, drifting aimlessly through any area he finds himself in. Upon physical contact, he puts anything he touches to sleep. In rare cases, being in proximity of the goatfish for too long causes others to be put to sleep regardless if contact was made or not.

Sometimes, if it's quiet enough, he can be heard stirring in his sleep.

I want the truth, don't sugarcoat it: Will he ever wake up?

Ironically, we used to fear sleeping whenever he was on rotation as he could induce sleep at very inopportune times within a nightmare. It is not a very pleasant thing to fear when you really think about it
